Located along Bai Chay beach, stretching from Bai Chay Wharf to Halong Night Market, Hoang Gia Park is a recreation complex with an area of about 10 hectares.

Every day at this place with 3 concerts at 18:30; 19:45; 20:45. Water Puppet formed in the 12th century under the Ly dynasty. Was first performed for King Ly Nhan Tong Long Doi pagoda view, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province. Since water puppet performance become traditional ethnic Vietnam.
This is the only entertainment in Halong now, sitting on the balloon, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Halong Bay – the world heritage.
